Everton confirm Bill Kenwright will STAY on as chairman - with under-fire owner Farhad Moshiri set to join the board - as club announce key personnel changes

Everton have announced major changes that will see owner Farhad Moshiri join the club's board and Bill Kenwright remain as chairman.

In a statement on Thursday, Everton revealed a host of changes are taking place at the club that will also see a new chief executive step into an interim role.

Colin Chong will take up the CEO position along with becoming an additional director after moving from his position as chief stadium development officer where he has been focused on the new stadium development at Bramley-Moore Dock.

The club's director of finance James Maryniak meanwhile will move into an interim chief finance officer role where Everton stressed he will take charge of all finance matters at the club.
